Since being contacted by Carbiz to organise my rental car the team have been so lovely and helpful to deal with, especially Enessa and Miranda. We had a hire car already sorted with a different company who informed us the day of pickup they can no longer provide us with a car. I contacted Carbiz and spoke to Anastasia and Emilia. They were so helpful with my issue. They asked for my details which i could only provide half of but said not to worry as i can provide the rest when i can. They managed to sort me out a hire car the same day within a couple of hours abd have it dropped off at my house before 5pm. I cant thank you enough, especially after spending 3 hrs on the phone with other companies / insurence company's and getting nowhere. Cannot recommend enough! Its a shame they dont hire cars for holidays as i would point my family in their direction when they visit from England. Once again top girls and top company! Luke

We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the team at Carbiz and the prompt delivery of the car. It took less than 20 minutes from our phone call with Penny Simmons for the rental vehicle to be delivered. Avy, the employee who delivered the car, was friendly, polite and helpful while informing us about policy, procedure and safety. He made sure that the driver was well aware of the vehicle’s surroundings and features before he left. It was the most pleasant experience considering all the stressful things we encountered because of the car accident and we are very grateful for the assistance that we received from Carbiz.
